Better Behave Yourself Or ‘I’ll Shoot You’ Chris Brown’s Neighbour Warns Him

Chris Brown has sold his Hollywood Hills property last month for
$1.69 million – less than its over $1.9 million asking price but still more than he paid for it in 2012, and now the 25years old pop star has been trying to move to Malibu.

Although Chris is still on the hunt for a Malibu home, he got a sprawling estate in Agoura, an area outside of Los Angles near the Malibu boarder, in the San Fernando Valley.

However, Chris is suppose to behave himself within the 8,000-square-foot confines or get shot by his neighbour who made it very clear on TMZ, that he will not accept, community parties any time soon.


‘It can be the devil. I can care less [who lives there].

I don’t care if they’re having orgies. It can even be Saddam Hussein for all I care, as long as he doesn’t trespass onto my property. If he does, I shoot him’.

While this, won’t be Chris’ first neighbourhood trouble, as it happened while he still lived in his Hollywood Hills house, he decided to graffiti the outside in his now signature style with large monster characters, and that did go down well amongst many living in the area, who claimed it was against the neighbourhood’s code and was scary to children.

What a scary way to be welcomed into a new neighbourhood right? Having your neighbour threaten to shoot you if you do not behave yourself properly sounds like a bad introduction to a new place or what ya think???
