Miley Cyrus sparks outrage after using Mexican Flag to whipe her ' butt'

Miley Cyrus may have ruffled feathers in Mexico as she has been accused of using their national flag to slap her prosthetic butt.
TMZ reports that,Miley's dancer(above) repeatedly whipped her butt with their national flag as she performed the Mexican Independence Day .


If found guilty she would be prosecuted for the crime of desecration which carries a 36 hour jail time or $1,200 fine.
