OMG! Potato grows in woman's Vagina after she used it as contraception

Doctors were stunned when a Colombian woman rushed to a hospital with severe stomach pain only for them to discover a potato growing roots in her vagina.
The attending nurse, Carolina Rojas felt it was a joke when she saw roots sprouting from her. The embarrassed 22 year old woman said her mum told her to insert the potato as a contraceptive and it had lasted 2 weeks inside her womb .She told HBS news

My mum told me that if I didn’t want to get pregnant, I should put a potato up there. I believed her.’


Luckily for her, she didn't suffer any life threatening effect and, it didn't require surgery.
