Eto’o: I’m too old to play for the Cameroonian National Team
Former Chelsea striker Samuel Eto’o has revealed he will not be making a comeback to the Cameroonian National Team ahead of their World Cup qualifier against Nigeria in August 2017.
The four-time African Footballer of the Year quit in 2014 after scoring 56 goals in 118 appearances for the Indomitable Lions.
In an interview with Telefoot,monitored by Vanguard, when asked of the possinility of making a return, Eto’o ruled out because of his age.
“Oh no! I’m a little old for that … There’s a young generation. Even if they have almost the same age with me,” said Eto’o. Now 35,
